Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
- Pint-sized glass jar(canning jar) with lid
- Fill jar with peppers
- Add 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 4-5 garlic cloves (I peeled them)
- Add enough water to cover peppers
- Place lid on tightly and shake well
- Place in pantry to ferment for 2 weeks
- Place contents of jar in blender and blend away
- Ta Da....hotsauce!
- Store in refrigerator for up to one year(or maybe one week at my house!)
